DECADE-X at the Gaia-X Hub France 2026

The 8th Plenary Session of the Gaia-X Hub France recently took place in Bercy, marking a step in the European data landscape: the official launch of “Season 2” for data spaces.

The central focus of the event was clear: How business sectors can strategically master AI by establishing and leveraging trusted data ecosystems.

The day’s agenda began with the opening address from Minister Anne LE HENANFF followed by Gaia-X CEO Ulrich AHLE, who highlighted the movement’s progress, outlining “Season 2’s” focus on operational maturity and accelerating deployment to industrial use cases.

The plenary continued with in-depth discussions on the key challenges of operational implementation, bringing together diverse sectoral perspectives, including those from EDF, DECADE-X initiative and EONA-X.
